[Problem/Bug]: After upgrading to 145.0.3800.82, the PrintToPdf method doesn't work with pdf files

What happened?

After updgrading to 145.0.3800.82, the method PrintToPdf doesn't work if i'm showing a pdf file. Before that version, The method worked without any problem.

What's changed? It's a bug or something new?

The Print2Pdf event is returning E_FAIL. The file I pass to the method is not created.

(I have also this bug with Runtime 145.0.3800.97, Windows 10 22H2, tested in WinUI 3 C# with WebView2 COM interfaces (P/Invoke))

Is it reproducible on the sample app linked above? Can you share ETL for us to investigate it. I am unable to reproduce it on runtime version 145.0.3800.97. If it is not a repro on the sample app please help us with a minimal sample app that reproduces the above scenario.

and no more bug...
