Upstream change is a pure version bump: values.yaml, templates, config and schema are identical to 2.3.0, so no parent chart changes required. Verified on OCP (dem-dev): standalone chart deploys, nginx pod healthy 2/2 running common/nginx:v2.3.1 and serving.
