nit - I was wondering if it could be possible to edit which pull requests show up?
for example I believe with github's recent activity we would only see the activity from the past ~2 months? I'm not exactly sure what the timeframe was. Currently with your extension I'm seeing pull requests from years ago which I probably will never interact with 😅
