Reading order for a new agent

1. references/getting-started.md — install, import, module layout.
2. references/graph-types.md — choose a backend.
3. references/immutable-graphs.md — the recommended analytics path.
4. references/algorithms.md — pick an algorithm.
5. references/icebug-format.md + references/database-integration.md if data lives on disk or behind a database engine.
