I'm not sure I have all the information needed to elaborate on this issue, but Eliya mentioned that the official swiss maps shows only "official" routes, which as far as I understand are "safer" to do.
Eliya mentioned that some routes in Mapeak may require special equipment such as ice axes or special boots, and it's not safe to plan a route that will go through them without the proper equipment.
He mentioned something about T2-T4 route coloring vs T5-T6 coloring too.
He said that for him, it's great to see these routes as he can plan to do those with the proper equipment and planning, but it might be worth showing them differently on the map to indicate that "it's not the same".
