[Feature request] Option to modify main tabs position

** Description
We want the feature of making that "main tabs position" to be down Instead of up there to make it more familiar for someone who migrates from NewPipe or Tubular, because the layout once that migration is done it seems off to us.

I was wondering if this is still planned? I did a Photoshop of how it would look like it looks great, i did one with the search botton at the bottom but look bad i will attach both tho
