[Bug] “Sensitive videos” on niconico do not appear in search results

Describe the bug
On NicoNico, videos that are considered sensitive do not appear in the search results.
Such videos will be displayed on the Nico Nico website only if you are logged in.

Frequency

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Search for “土方のラビリンス” on pipepipe.

On the NicoNico website, this video would hit the search results, but not on pipepipe.
