[Feature request] Tags for videos and playlists

** Description
I have a lot of playlists and Videos, if it was possible to tag videos and local playlists and search for tags it would be very helpful, for example adding the following tags to playlist X: Math, Algebra, Functions etc.

Just an idea: it might be easier to implement local video renaming which would in turn allow for searching for those tags in the video title?

Please reconsider this issue and reopen it, as this feature, or an alternative like creating groups for Playlists, is very useful, especially there are many playlists.
