[Feature request] Add a screen to view channels in a channel group

Description
Please add a screen to view the list of channels added to a channel group.

Currently, when long-pressing a channel group icon, we can open a list of all subscribed channels and add or remove them from the group. This is helpful, but I would also like a separate screen that:

• Shows only the channels that are already added to the group
• Allows users to tap a channel to view its content directly

This would make it easier to explore and rediscover channels we like within a group.
