[Bug] Channel feed refresh reports multiple channels as failed to load on Philips Android TV 8 (4.4.0)

On Philips Android TV 8, when refreshing the channel feed in version 4.4.0, the system reports that numerous channels failed to load. This behavior is not observed in version 4.3.1, where all channels load normally. It appears constantly in every refresh.
