[Bug] YouTube Sponsorblock submitting not working

Describe the bug
I was a very active submitting segments. Sponsorblock stopped working since the error 403 thing. The error was fixed, but now it seems that transmitted segments are dropped and disappear on reloading the sponsorblock informations.
Tried other client like Tubular, same result.

Steps to reproduce the bug
Open a YouTube video, mark and submit a segment. Reopen the video later.

Device (e.g. Pixel 9 Pro)
Google Pixel 6

I can see the requests to SponsorBlock API finished successfully and return "OK", so it's not our issue.
You should ask SponsorBlock community for help.
