[Bug] Video titels get auto translated to system language

Describe the bug
In the previous version German titles would get translated to English at random. The changelog for 4.4.0 said that this was fixed but now it seems to just translate the titles for random videos to my systems locale (German). Usually these translations are quite poor and somewhat cringe inducing. Not sure if this a Google thing or a Pipepipe bug.

Steps to reproduce the bug
Set system locale to German and just use the "What's New" feed view.

Device (e.g. Pixel 9 Pro)

Additional context
It would be good of we could get an option to not have any titles translated at all.

1. Titles are retrieved from YouTube directly
2. YouTube determines the title based on the request language, which is configured at Settings > Content > Default content language
3. There is no way to prevent YouTube "translate" them. I believe you will get the same result at YouTube Web or official Android app.
4. If you find a workaround feel free to report it.
