[Bug] using "comments inner scroll" doesn't let you scroll comments replies in shorts

if you use "comments inner scroll" and play shorts, you'll see that you can't scroll comments replies.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Enable option "comments inner scroll"
2. Play any shorts
   Device (e.g. Pixel 9 Pro)
   Samsung M16

Sorry i should have mentioned it's the replies of the comment which gets stuck. I can reproduce it again. Also here's my config

weird question. since 5.0 or now referred to as pipepipe-x has been archived, has hug fix has been backported to 4x releases as well?
