[Feature request] Add "character replacement" and "allowed characters" settings in Download section

** Description
In NewPipe there are two additional settings in Download section I'm missing in PipePipe.

First setting is Allowed characters in filenames

And second one is Replacement character

Nowadays a lot of videos contains emojis, which distract me a lot and I want to download files without them. Also these settings in combine replace spaces with _ which I found very useful as I often send them to my Linux desktop too(all spaces should be escaped with ).

To keep it simple we always use _ as replacement char.
