[Feature request] "Hide shorts" button

Description
I initially intended to write a bugreport about recently added option
Settings > Content filter > Filter short videos
not working, but decided to double check and found out it works only in search results, but not in What's New section, which I often use.

I suggest to consider replacing buried deeply in settings half-working option by new easy-to-reach "Hide shorts" switch akin to existing "Show watched items", which will remove short videos from search results and feed and any other screens.

In my opinion, this feature will be highly appreciated by the whole community.

Hiding shorts from "What's new" section is such an essential feature that I'm surprised that this isn't on the top of requested features. So many channels spam shorts created from their videos start all, pulluting the entire feed.

I have checked and it works properly in the latest version. Shorts never appears in What's new no matter Hide Shorts on/ off.

If you find it doesn't, please let me know.

Shouldn't Shorts be visible if "Hide Shorts" is off?

If you use "Fast Mode", they are visible --- does "Hide Shorts" still work as expected there (ie, hidden when on, visible when off)?

@DUOLabs333 I found content filters don't work properly with YouTube Fast Mode enabled. You will see the fix in 4.7.0.
