GLOWS Pipeline last run was 6/2/2026 and Failed - Card 3273

The GLOWS pipeline should run daily but the last run was 6/2/2026 and the last few jobs had failed.
Investigate and fix.

The pipeline has started running again after new sds-data-manager code was deployed.

The failures were because of uploaded filename conflicts on days with multiple repointings. There is an existing issue with the raw L3e dat files because the file name format does not include repointing. However, we also failed to upload the L3e CDFs for these repointings because of issues in imap-data-access when querying with version=latest.

We manually reprocessed the L3e files for these repointings and uploaded them to the production environment.

To-do: once a new version of imap-data-access is released, upgrade the L3 dependency and deploy and promote a new GLOWS container.
