Custom dataset

I generated cameras.bin, images.bin, and points3D.bin using a custom dataset via colmap. Then I trained the dataset, but the trained Ply sequences failed. The first Ply had all the GS points, but from the second Ply onwards, only a few points were generated. I tried adjusting the colmap parameters, but the result was the same regardless of the settings. I'm currently at a loss and don't know how to solve this. Could you provide some solutions and explain the cause? Figure 1 below shows Ply 1, and Figure 2 shows Ply 2.

From your first image, it appears that the COLMAP calibration may not be fully accurate. In the test camera view you provided, there are noticeable ghosting artifacts of the person, as shown in the figure. This looks like a dataset from Neural 3D Video, so you might refer to the official repository at
https://github.com/facebookresearch/Neural_3D_Video to check the expected COLMAP format. It may also help to run the original Gaussian code to verify whether the recovered camera parameters are reasonable.
