I have moved the CGM paper offline and will work on the following steps:

• I will review and condense John David's content into 1-2 paragraphs to include in the paper.
• I will follow up with Nikhil re: AI-assisted writing edits.
• I will conduct a detailed review and revision of the current manuscript.
• I will update the abbreviations list, formatting, and make sure suggested figures will be included at the end.
• I will add EndNote references and carefully vet each citation used.
• I will add an authorship table into the draft.

Once all of these steps are complete, I will send it to Raja for the first review. Then we will do two rounds of author review, lasting 3-4 days each. Raja will review the final draft that will be uploaded to Zenodo and then submitted to a peer-reviewed journal.

I need to meet with Nikhil regarding the citations that are low IF or that don't meet the claims and about the claims that don't have citations. I will walk him through my process to find good citations and clearly indicate what I need from him to move forward.

Citations are done. I need to make some minor adjustments and incorporate John David's content before sending the draft to Raja.

• Manuscript corrections: 1) domain expert citation; 2) recreate the Conv+BiLSTM model; 3) window for data recording. (Nikhil to provide by EOD)
• The Conv+BiLSTM model needs to be integrated to the PredictMod platform (Nikhil to provide necessary configs by EOD)
