I would love it if I could use iTerm2 to run the SMAPI console, partially because that's the terminal emulator I regularly use, and partially because of the expanded settings that app provides. I have instructed macOS to open public.unix-executable files with iTerm, which is respected when double-clicking a binary in Finder (including StardewModdingAPI), but Stardrop always opens the console in the builtin Terminal.app. Happy to test or provide more details!
