As is proposed on the title, a button that basically takes you to a random open issue or PR within the nuxtathon time window I've thought 2 ways of doing it:
- All legible issue on the time window. This is the simplest and probably the most straight-forward.
- Issue that also have not seen any activity. This prevent people from getting to open issue/PR that has been attempted by others.
