Running 3.0.3.2-win-x64
Several of the layout / tracking settings that should update the UI do not without explicitly refreshing, either through Tracking -> Reload or pressing the reload hotkey (F5).
In the first screenshot I have Swap Left/Right enabled and Enable Map disabled, neither of which updated the UI.
Second screenshot shows Show All Locations enabled and did not update -- this should show DP, Checkerboard Cave, Cave 45. However, the hotkey F11 does work here.
