Once https://github.com/EcoExtreML/STEMMUS_SCOPE/pull/243 is merged, the csv file should be located in the input directory. This should be done via copy [here](https://github.com/EcoExtreML/STEMMUS_SCOPE_Processing/blob/8adc6a1bd71d2979e7cdcc0f35276ea5519464e1/PyStemmusScope/config_io.py#L129). cc @MostafaGomaa93
