Save as Excel Template (.xltx) file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We use EPPlus and our stakeholder's process is to save an Excel template file, then use it to create Excel documents for their clients. We are digitising their process, however, EPPlus is unable to save as an Excel Template.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like SaveOptions when saving a file to disk or in memory where you can specify and Excel Workbook, or Excel Template. When saving a file to disk, if the filename is .xltx then it should automatically save as an Excel Template.
