It would be nice to have, and it happened before with Tom that you loose somehow one trigger and the entire pattern becomes wrong from that frame.

Spasiba drog, This should be easy to add I'll make the injection switch do two pulses each time a the protocol starts again. This can be detected in the ScouseTom_ProcessTrig

Added ProtocolCompleteFlag to output of ProcessTrig in 51c137a. Which is the index of the InjectionSwitches which correspond to the start of new frames. Nothing is done with these yet though...
