[BUG] Shows successful update but does not update

Describe your issue

UniGetUI claims a successful update of Bulk Crap Uninstaller (winget) but does not update.
Running winget from command line successfully updates the program.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Start UniGetUI
Wait for updates getting displayed
run updates
all updates are displayed as success.

Close and restart UniGetUI
The same version of Bulk Crap Uninstaller is displayed for update
This can endlessly be repeated.

running winget from command line updates the program

Start UniGetUI
no more updates available as expected

Looking at the logs, UniGetUI is detecting the update, but the WinGet API is returning it as "not applicable to the platform", so UniGetUI skips it:

Could not resolve installer hosts for Klocman.BulkCrapUninstaller version 6.1.0.0
Ignoring update Klocman.BulkCrapUninstaller as the update is not applicable to the platform

What's odd is that the same package updates successfully when using the WinGet CLI directly, so there seems to be a difference between what the WinGet API reports and what the CLI does for this package.

We'll look into it. Thanks for including both the logs and the winget output.

This should be the default settings. I don't remember that I have been on that settings page before.
Why did UniGetUI show a successful update when it did not do? I took less than a second until the success message came.

Regarding the success message, I don't have an answer for you yet. This appears to be a UniGetUI bug, and I'll need to investigate why it reported success almost immediately even though the update did not actually occur.
