The shared runner now rejects successful captures observed at or after the module deadline while preserving authorized post-stop drain grace and exact binary output. macOS normal/optimized ownership tests pass; native Linux/Windows controls remain unrun.

Focused replay and source/code review passed; scientific packages also passed committed-byte/source-history and portable-export checks.
