What happened?

color is applied as a node attribute even if I didn't change it

Steps to reproduce

1. edit a node
2. change the name
3. save
4. the color is now set as an attribute in the dot file [it shouldn't, as I haven't edited the color]

Implemented fix in PR #38: #38

Summary:

• Edit-node dialog now tracks whether colour was actually changed.
• We only persist/write to node data (and therefore to DOT) when it was already explicitly set or the user edited it.

Repro should now work: rename-only no longer adds a color attribute.
