An error should be reported when .cw fails to generate

If the .cw file fails to be generated when deploying the project, the error should be reported.

Since 7ad848d it will report when the XML files are invalid, which is the main source of build failures. I will leave this issue open for a while in case we see other failure reasons that need to be reported.

A message error should also be shown when the vars field of an object in the xml level is not a valid json object.

Clockwork-tools now reports when vars is invalid (ClockworkDev/ClockworkTools@dc29c5d), as soon as the VS Code extension updates its dependency it will also display the error message
