Subject: [PATCH] build(pkg): add src/__init__.py to define explicit package
 root

- Add src/__init__.py to prevent fragile implicit namespace package resolution
- Enable reliable imports like 'from src.config import settings' across testing frameworks, strict mypy, and tooling
