Fix audit doc: multiple prompt refinements from execution

Prompt 3.1: Relaxed receipt has_store requirement to match compiler
behavior (optional for receipts, mandatory for resource/shared).

Prompt 4.2: Added note about missing dedicated negative stateful
scenarios (duplicate vesting claim) as a 0.15.x follow-up item.

Prompt 5.3: Replaced imaginary --schema-manifest-report CLI flag with
the actual -o output workflow, matching the --backend-shape-report fix.

All 524 tests pass.
