Changes in docs/outputs.md: Added a new "How consensus peaks are generated" subsection that covers:

• Round 1 (per-sample consensus): replicates are pooled → peaks filtered by overlap in ≥ consensus_min_replicates individual replicates → *.consensus.bed
• Round 2 (ROI consensus): per-sample consensus converted to fixed-width windows (Corces 2018 method) → merged across all samples → ROI.bed for DESeq2

Includes ASCII flow diagrams and a tip table of the three controlling config knobs: consensus_min_replicates, consensus_min_spm, and fixed_width.
