Subject: [PATCH] Add an Education equity section for Boxi Math and animind

Adds a homepage section after Pacific Studio on making maths teaching free
and open: Boxi Math (bilingual K-12 maths videos, CC BY) and the animind
toolchain behind it, plus a news item.
