This Issue Is Purely dedicated to testing Minecraft Skins.
It can be referenced If any Information here matches a bug or a TODO feature.

Below are the Emojis used to Indicate the state of Skin Support:

🟧 Partial/Not Fully tested
🟨 Not Tested
🟪 Missing Outer Later
🟦 (undefined) (May be used for bugs?)
🟩 Correct (atleast for 64x64 skins?

Below Is the Skin used as referenced by me for testing. (Licensed Under CC0)

Tests:
🟥 - Minosoft Native Skins (stored In Client)
🟨 - Microsoft XBOX Stored Skins
🟥 - TLauncher method (Other Minosoft clients see the skin, nobody else can)
🟨 - /skin nameOfSkinStoredServerwide (SkinsRestorer)
🟨 - /skin url "https://skins.example.com/skins/2/26464.png" (SkinsRestorer)
🟧 - /skin (SkinsRestorer)
🟨 - /skins (SkinsRestorer) (hard to test; cannot test my skin)
🟧 - Setting your offline name to the name of an online user, so that the skin of said online user appears as Yours.

Target: At least 89% of those should be 🟩 or 🟪 for Skins to be Considered Usable.
