Improve selector healing and playbook coverage for common app patterns such as sidebars, data tables, modals, toasts, and validation messages.

Suggested areas

• Better button/link matching by accessible name and nearby label text
• More table heuristics for search/filter/sort/pagination
• Better form required-field detection
• Clearer Needs Verification output when selectors are uncertain

Done criteria

• Add focused code changes and smoke coverage
• Update docs if behavior changes
• Run npm run typecheck and npm run test:smoke
• Keep destructive actions blocked by default
