Here are a few things I would love to see as a feature in the upcoming updates:

Toggle to disable dock completely / place widgets over dock (but that makes resizing difficult, however any one of them is fine).
Reason: As I want to place widgets at the very bottom of my screen.

Higher limit on home grid rows option (if the above is implemented).
Reason: Disabling dock will cause my current 4x10 setup to look different than what it is now, maybe I will have to go 4x11 or 4x12 (sorry for this ocd request).

If possible then a toggle to enable taskbar (however idk how bugged the Launcher3 implementation might be so yeah no pressure)
Reason: Better multitasking like in tablets, and will hence reduce the dependence on PC mode (which is actually quite impressive). (This could actually even replace the side edge bar by launching apps in bubble/freeform by tap & hold like on launcher screen).
