This issue contains items we found to fix while teaching these materials.

FYI, there's a small type in the notebook, line 49, spelling of hodgkins: "We have included some of these in the data/hodkins/cellranger directory, including the web_summary.html file that includes some similar QC statistics to those we generated with alevinQC."

Our clustering roadmap shown in the 05 notebook still has clusterRows() but we now use the scran wrapper so we need to update the repo image.

Did Gao et al (2020) arxiv we link in 05 get published?

Can we do the sum clusters chunk in 06 (celltyping) the same way we do pseudobulk?
