Change suggestion to yellow/green color in output legend

Hi,
this is a very minor request.
As someone with deuteroanopia, yellow and green colors from conversion legend are very hard to distinguish.
Could you use a different yellow or add an additional visual marker (like italics, which is not used in the legend as far as I'm aware) ?
