I use Stablebit Drivepool. It stores files for it's pools in a folder that is marked as HIDDEN. Since BitCheck ignores HIDDEN files, it can't check them. Could a flag be added to allow scanning of HIDDEN files?
Other than that, about the only thing I can think it might need is some sort of daemon, script or program that automates the checking of files on a regular basis. Essentially, it would obey settings as to when it should check & update, time periods that it SHOULDN'T run, and only alert me if errors are found. Otherwise, it would keep silent. I may give it a shot myself if I get some free time.
