board: crumb BC-13 (T-ADMISSION, D-TGB-4 receipt) and goldstaub G-5 (stranded stacked PRs)
BC-2026-10-23-13: the thought-git receipt is sealed before landing, its CommitWitness is issued only by commit_cycle, and replay -> proof is a refused promotion. A seventh independent source for trail T-ADMISSION. G-2026-10-23-5: a stacked PR is finished only when its commits are on main. Receipts #1696 and #1708 (both re-landed stranded stacks), plus lance-graph-java ISS-LGJ-STACK-TAIL-STRANDED-MINOR-8. IDs follow draft #1730 (BC-5..12, G-4); expect a trivial prepend conflict. ### BC-2026-10-23-13 — a replay receipt is sealed before landing, and its witness is issued only by the write path
45+
**Observation:** D-TGB-4's receipt is built and sealed at stage time; a
46+
landing is accepted only with a `CommitWitness` that `VersionStore::commit_cycle`
47+
alone produces, and its absence refuses with `Refusal::NoCommitWitness`. The
48+
module states that the receipt proves replay equals the original run, not that
49+
the derivation is admissible; that promotion is D-TGB-7's. Same three parts as
50+
trail T-ADMISSION: built before (sealed receipt), witness with an issuer
51+
(the cycle commit), refused promotion (replay → proof).

**Receipt:** `crates/thought-git-probe/src/receipt.rs:20-45`, `:82`, `:473`,

### BC-2026-10-23-4 — the same join is right under Distinct and wrong under Bag

### G-2026-10-23-5 — a stacked PR is finished only when its commits are on main
34+
**Claim:** When PR B is based on PR A's branch and A merges first, merging B
35+
lands B into A's dead branch, not into main. GitHub shows B as "merged" either

### G-2026-10-23-1 — on synthetic data, the world construction can decide a probe's verdict before it runs

**Claim:** A probe whose verdict depends on the data distribution (evidence

LUT vs geometry LUT, shadow-mask salience) decides nothing on synthetic data,
