Consistent naming for bridging functions

• Use "wrap" for functions that will use Wrap_Struct
• Use "unwrap" for functions that use Get_Struct
• Use "convert_to" for functions that create entirely new objects from the passed object
• Put "cf" in functions that take/give CF objects
• Put "ns" in functions that take/give ObjC objects
